The diary of a Runner's quest towards the Beijing Olympics!

Just a few pics from this past Saturday at Fairview High School (Jessica Biel's old High School). Lorraine snapped these while I was doing a few strides to losen up for my workout. The one where I'm looking @ the watch is at the completion of one of my 12, 400m repeats. It was quite windy, but overall warmer (52 degrees) than it's been.
